Hyland Web ActiveX Controls 18.0

Hyland Web ActiveX Controls is a set of legacy browser components used by Hyland’s web-based content management solutions (for example, OnBase Web) to enable desktop-level features within Internet Explorer on Windows. These controls bridge the browser and the local machine so users can complete tasks that standard web pages cannot handle on their own.

Typical capabilities include:

• Rendering and annotating documents and images in the browser
• Scanning and image capture from local devices
• Secure printing and export
• Controlled access to local files to support uploads and related workflows

Notes:
